A New Discovery

The conker heaven tree.

Heavy and laden with its untapped fruit.

Conkers bigger than golf balls.

Not 200 yards from the Tea House Theatre, at the top of a bank, among sycamore, lime and other horse chestnuts stands the conker heaven tree.  Amongst the autumn leaves lies a treasure of fallen warriors that will never know battle.  At the west end of the south bank, in the Spring Gardens of Vauxhall is a school boy's dream.  Enough conkers for a vicious michaelmas tournament.

Just thought you'd like to know.
